Wings 'n Wheels respects the right to privacy. In this privacy statement we would like to explain how we handle your personal data. Wings 'n Wheels is responsible for processing your personal data that we have obtained through the website and / or through the travel agent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on data protection; including the Belgian Law of December 8, 1992 on privacy in relation to the processing of personal data and the new European directive 'General Regulation on Data Protection' or 'GDPR' effective May 25, 2018.
2. Use of personal data
When you apply for a trip - individual or group organized by Wings 'n Wheels or one of its partners, the personal data provided by you are recorded and processed under the responsibility of Wings 'n Wheels. In order to provide our services and sell our products, we are required to record some of your personal data, such as for example first and last name, gender, address, nationality, date of birth, telephone number(s), email address, passport data, any personal travel preferences as well as contact data for emergency assistance. Personal data is protected and kept confidential at all times in accordance with Belgian legal privacy regulations. We have taken all reasonable steps and appropriate security measures to protect your data. By submitting data to Wings 'n Wheels, you agree to your data being processed and stored.
3. Purposes of data processing
The collection and processing of all personal data is done in accordance with Belgian legal privacy regulations. Only personal data that is necessary for the completion of your trip will be collected and passed on to carefully selected partners. Those partners and our employees are hereby bound to secrecy.
Wings 'n Wheels will process your personal data in order to offer you the requested trip, to offer you a personalized program or to contact you about your request. If you conclude a travel agreement with Wings 'n Wheels, the personal data you provide will be used to execute the agreement. These personal details will only be used for matters related to the booking; such as invoicing, providing information about the trip, arranging visa and insurance and making reservations (including flight reservations / apis or similar obligations, hotels, rental vehicles, train and bus tickets and any entry registrations through / with the local agent) Therefore, Wings 'n Wheels only provides the necessary data to these partners on the spot. After that, the partner in question is responsible for processing the data. We have agreed with our partners that they will not provide and/or sell personal data to third parties.
If you have booked a travel product or service through Wings 'n Wheels, including a flight and/or other form of transportation, group travel or insurance, we may disclose and process your personal data outside of Belgium or the European Economic Area (EEA) in order to fulfill our agreement. Wings 'n Wheels will provide your personal data to these suppliers who will provide you with the final services/products you booked with us (e.g. hotels). When you travel abroad, you may be required by government authorities at points of departure and arrival to provide and process your personal data for border control, immigration, security, anti-terrorism and other purposes deemed appropriate. The exact data to be provided may vary by destination. If these third parties are located outside the European Union, we will ensure that your data is handled according to our rules.
Furthermore, Wings 'n Wheels will not provide your personal information to other parties unless you have given us your permission to do so, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you have with us or if this is legally required or permitted.
4. Storage periods
The above data will be kept as long as necessary to provide our service to you. In addition, we will retain personal data for as long as we are required to do so by law. After this period, we will securely delete your personal data. If the data is needed after this period for analytical, historical or other legitimate business purposes, we will take appropriate measures to anonymize it.

Wings 'n Wheels respects the privacy of every data subject and ensures that personal data is treated confidentially and with the utmost care. All personal data is securely stored in the administration of Wings 'n Wheels. Third parties have no access to these records. Only people who are authorized have access to the data relevant to the performance of their job.
Wings 'n Wheels has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data you provide from accidental loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. We use SSL-encryption (Secure Socket Layer) in order to secure the transfer of data between your browser and our internet system.

You have the right to access, correct and oppose the use of your data at any time and free of charge.
