Today we leave Yosemite from the south and drive towards Fresno, centrally located as a gateway to two other beautiful parks, namely Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. What you should not miss is Giant Forest with the General Sherman Tree, about 83.8 meters high and 31.3 meters in circumference. Furthermore, you get a spectacular view from Moro Rock and through the info center you can arrange guided tours through caves like Crystal Cave. Here in Bryce Canyon you will find the most colourful rock formations in the world, in shades of red, brown and yellow. The erosion has shaped this beautiful stone world and the picturesque road through the park will take you to vantage points and hiking trails. Each point offers fantastic views over the canyon and places like Sunrise Point, Sunset Point, Inspiration Point and Bryce Point offer the most beautiful photo stops. This afternoon you will continue via Kanab to Page, located on the beautiful Lake Powell for accommodation. In the immediate vicinity of Kanab you can make a stop at the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, the Wave and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Kanab is also popularly known as 'Little Hollywood' because of the many western films that were shot in the area.

Enjoy the numerous activities such as a boat trip on the lake towards Rainbow Bridge, rent a powerboat or jet ski, visit the infocenter of the Glen Canyon Dam and an absolute must is the visit to Antelope Canyon, a beautiful gorge in which the colors change according to the position of the sun; the walls form strange but beautiful waves that immediately remind of a corkscrew.

This gigantic globe was carved by the Colorado River, is about 450km long and is at certain places 1600m. deep. The most beautiful and main panoramas can be visited with the shuttle buses that drive through the park or rent a bike and enjoy the colorful rocks and breathtaking views at your own pace. An optional helicopter trip can be booked in addition. Afterwards you will travel via the picturesque Oak Creek Canyon to Sedona for a short break (picturesque town surrounded by beautiful red rocks, loved by artists and performers) and the day ends in Phoenix/Scottsdale.
